Dr. Mariejo Constant is a public health leader, researcher, educator, and community advocate dedicated to improving patient care through compassion, education, and evidence-based research. Inspired by personal experiences and her sister's career as a registered nurse, she earned a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and a Ph.D. in Public Health to advance healthcare outcomes and mentor future professionals. Mariejo is passionate about health equity, patient advocacy, and empowering communities through education. She has served as the director of her church's community food pantry for more than 15 years, promoting nutrition and healthy living, and volunteers with literacy initiatives that support underserved populations. As a wife, mother, scholar, and lifelong learner, Dr. Constant is committed to inspiring positive change through research, service, and leadership while encouraging others to build healthier, stronger communities.
