Before joining the company, he spent eight years as senior vice president of wholesale production at Franklin American Mortgage. Arsta brings nearly 20 years of experience in mortgage lending across Tennessee and the United States. He has also managed wholesale and non-delegated business channels, contributing to his understanding of mortgage operations and industry growth. His leadership appointment came as Guaranty Home Mortgage sought to expand its operations and strengthen its position in the competitive residential mortgage lending market.
